Fascinating and unsettling at the same time. Seeing this sushi restaurant owner striving for perfection and not accepting less. The viewer gets to know him a bit.
I’ve seen Anthony Bourdain visiting him once and this is probably a reason why we decided to watch it with English subtitles.
Eventually this movie lead to a new item on my bucket list.
This feels like the lowlight of the series.

I thoroughly enjoyed the set and its decor. It’s well thought out with brilliant performances.
